We have been overtaking India across indices in negative issues. 😞
India used to have the highest in the world due to their population. They the action of one individual through advocacy (by donating toilets to communities) brought the incidences down from about 600M to 100M over the years. That model is being replicated now in developing 3WCs.
We will probably adopt this and tailor fit it to suit the Nigerian society and see how we can bring down the incidences and mitigate our toppling India on open defecation at the least. It is not just about the shame but the health hazards bundled with the prevalence.
The measure of our Democratic Responsibility is almost zero. The most populated black nation that celebrates dole out by a Professor of Law and Vicar, while the Economy and every other sector suffers. We have the second worst mortality rate in the world Distinguished. 😞
