Seriously we go through this every few months.

I once even spoke to Teen Vogue about it:

There was that time I hacked a child's tracking watch and demonstrated how even "self" tracking location was a privacy nightmare.

There are probably more. Location privacy is an oxymoron. We need to be building (network) technology that doesn't reveal location to others while interacting with every little app.
