So...why is it a BFD? Because of vertical integration in the prescribe-opioids-for-profit-industry. I can see the Stark Law applied there. Do you watch @ClawsTNT? You should. They explain it brilliantly. Opioid pusher doctors open rehab clinics. Voila! Vertical integration.
So if an opioid pusher doctor gets a patient addicted to opioids, then refers patient to a rehab the Dr. has a financial interest in...is that a violation of the Stark Law? I dunno. But @lauferlaw @SpicyFiles @DirkSchwenk @DrDenaGrayson @renato_mariotti may know! Let’s ask them!

OK so I have mixed feelings on this.
I understand it's hypocritical for the fake outrage to go after her for swearing. ON THE OTHER HAND, when they go low, we should go high. She shouldn't have said that-not just because she's a congresswoman-but also because
