Thank you for talking me through the dark last night. Depression & anxiety are such a cunning liars. It’s so easy to fall into the terrible parts of your mind after the house goes silent.
I’m bookmarking this thread for next time. Because it helped so much. And now I’m going to get up and make myself get out of this house and meet up with friends I haven’t seen in months and months. It’s gonna be okay.
I’m saying that for me, but also for you if you need it...it’s gonna be okay. If you don’t believe it right now hold on until the light comes. You will believe it again.
