If British conservatives were smart they'd realize that they need depose her NOW - based on that fact alone
An important asset of any leader is their future hold on power - and ability to wield that against you

May - in order to maintain a temporary grasp on power - has utterly weakened her premiership going forward
How is she supposed to negotiate effectively - at all? She'll be gone, and her counterparties know it

One of the weaknesses of the American system is term-limiting Presidents - lame-duck leaders are incredibly weak because they can't credibly make promises or threats
