Judge Sullivan, who is assigned to General Flynn’s case demanded to see the FBI summary 302 report about the ambush Flynn interview according to a new court filing.
The Special Counsel responded to Flynn’s memo on Friday by defending the circumstances behind the Flynn ambush interview, claiming Flynn tried to “minimize” what he did — this is a flat out lie.
According to the documents released Friday, “Strzok and [redacted agent] both had the impression at the time that Flynn was not lying or did not think he was lying.”
