1. A great find by @tracybeanz in the George Papad.apoulos case. Seems that the Mueller Special Counsel team has filed a motion with the court to seal discovery & impose restrictions on what Pdop's defense team can reveal from discovery provided by the DOJ & FBI.
@tracybeanz 2. There a few issues with this that are very telling. For the uninitiated, Discovery is the process where the prosecution & law enforcement are required to hand over any exculpatory evidence that may show the defendant is not guilty of the crime.

@tracybeanz 3. The first problem is that #papadopoulos has already plead guilty to the crime. SO this case should be heading toward sentencing but must now be going backward if the Special Counsel is handing over evidence that may show he is not guilty.
@tracybeanz 4. The only reason for Mueller to have such an order issued by the court is if his team is handing over evidence that the government holds that shows he may not be guilty. Why the sudden reversal? What did Mueller's team find that requires them to derail the case against Pdop?
@tracybeanz 5. The Special Counsel's office must have found evidence that required them to stop the case & initiate discovery. It could not have come from the defense team, because George Papadopoulos waived his right to discovery when he plead guilty. documentcloud.org/documents/4163… 
@tracybeanz 6. This is a major admission by #RobertMueller of something irregular with the prosecution of #papadopoulos. Something that forced his team to go to the defense & share information that he may not be guilty of the crime he plead guilty to. To say this is unusual is understatement
@tracybeanz 7. I am sure there are other cases where this has happened but it is extremely rare. In fact, the only other case I can think of is the General Mike Flynn guilty plea. @GenFlynn plead guilty in December, his judge was removed from the case & the new judge ordered discovery.

@tracybeanz @GenFlynn 8. How unusual that the 2 recent cases where discovery has been initiated AFTER a guilty plea have both been in the Mueller case. Why did the #Mueller team find evidence that the people they forced to plead guilty may in fact be innocent?
@tracybeanz @GenFlynn 9. It is starting to look more & more like #MuellerTime is stumbling over the fact that their convictions were achieved while exculpatory evidence was hidden. It also looks like the FBI & DOJ investigations are turning up evidence that someone gamed the system to target them.
@tracybeanz @GenFlynn 10. This could be confirmation that the rumors of falsified @FBI FD-302s (Witness Statements) may have substance. Why else would Mueller's team be finding evidence that shows Flynn & Papadopoulos might be innocent of lying to FBI agents?
@tracybeanz @GenFlynn @FBI 11. Unless Mueller's team has been provided with hard evidence that it was the FBI agents, or former FBI agents, were the ones who were lying. Interesting indeed!
@tracybeanz @GenFlynn Huh, and suddenly Pdop wants to replace his legal team & retract his guilty plea. Must have been some good stuff in that discovery!
