DOJ unseals indictment v Bijan Rafiekian and Kamil Ekim Alptekin charging them with conspiracy, acting in the United States as illegal agents of the government of Turkey, and making false statements to the FBI.

3/ DOJ: purpose of the conspiracy was to use Company A to delegitimize Turkish cleric Fethullah Gulen in the eyes of the US public/politicians, with goal of obtaining his extradition, opposed by DOJ. Conspirators tried to hide that Turkish govt was directing the work.
4/ Reminder that Flynn wrote this op-ed for The Hill in Nov 2016 with no disclosure at the time of any of this.

Knowledgeable source tells me that White House forced out Pentagon Chief of Staff Rear Admiral Kevin Sweeney (ret.)
Official title was “Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense.”
Sweeney was going to leave within a couple months, having worked directly for Mattis, but WH forced him out before he wanted to leave, knowledgeable source says.
