I can confirm that none of these banks have a terrible, inefficient & insensitive process like UBA.

The branch remained rude, attempts to go to other branches showed same mess, except for Gbagada express.
My docs were probably lost,& a hush hush account opened. No attempt to contact me to inform me. Only to hang my money for DAYS!
This is 2018. Get young, smart & polite staff! Redesign your processes.
