my arm hurts like fucking hell after two days of feeling completely fine. it was okay until noon and since then the only time it's felt okay was when I have it completely relaxed, and even then it flares up
plus like, I'm intermittently getting pain in the tips of my fingers. ER doc the other day suggested cervical radiculopathy which supposedly may resolve on it's own but what sucks is that I was *fine* for 2-3 days
so even if this goes away, will it come back? and bring my anxiety and maybe panic attacks with it again?
the tests I got at the hospital pretty firmly proved I don't have the blood clot I was afraid of. also, a terrifying structural problem of that sort wouldn't have just gone away for two days
so the most likely scenario by far is that it's just pointless, meaningless, unactionable pain, which I don't cope well with. My brain cannot accept it. it says I have to Fix It, that it's going to Hurt Me Bad
