cool that I'm nauseous literally every minute that I am standing, have no idea why, and can't expect any answers within a week because the medical industry just doesn't work that way
saw my GP last week when my arm appeared to be getting better so I didn't discuss it because there was nothing to discuss. a day later the pain flares up and wont stop and lol no appointments until Jan 14th
I literally don't even know what I can do here. urgent care is ER Triage Lite. every MD on the planet has a new patient wait list stretching into eternity.
I have an appointment with a different doctor tomorrow but I know nothing about them so I'm just hoping they give a shit, but like, that's only because I set up the appointment *three weeks ago*
I don't know that this is a *new* problem but it is a fact that if you're in pain, if you're scared, your only options are to go to the ER or sit in agony and fear for longer than the human spirit can tolerate without permanent damage. and God forbid you're actually in any danger
a week is too fucking long to have no explanation for pain and nausea that's so intense you can't sleep but the only places you can just walk into are intent on getting you out the door within ten minutes unless you're bleeding or have an irregular EKG
so where am I? on the train to work. to fucking work, where I will sit in agony and nausea because if I take another day off they'll fire me. I will get nothing done today because I'm scared shitless
