My team and I have been working on a bill for about a year. We’ve kept it quiet but I like to call it the “Alderman-Ramirez Criminal Justice Act” or #ARCJA. It will be a comprehensive Criminal Justice Reform package that will include at minimum the following and @KamalaHarris...
(2)...we hope that if you do defeat us in our election in 2022 that you will consider introducing this bill;
A- Funding for bodycams for all officers in US
B- Citizen advisory boards in all departments
C- Independent investigations of all police shooting-related fatalities...
(3)...D- Financial incentives for departments to begin using #communitypolicing models such as the one overseen by @GayleforCA in her time as mayor of Richmond.
E- Funding for police outreach programs like those out on by @ClovisPolice_CA and @Visaliapd...
(4)...Now you may be asking yourself why I named it “Alderman-Ramirez”? My primo (cousin) Jorge “Pelon” Ramirez was shot dead by @bakersfieldpd in September 2013 not long after my 25th birthday. The pain that it has cause my family is immeasurable. My Tia (Aunt) will never be..
(5)...whole because of what happened to him. Jason Alderman, son of the wonderful Judy Alderman a dear friend of mine, was killed by @bakersfieldpd and shot 7 times in the back after stopping at a local @SUBWAY to try to get help getting his bike fixed to get home...
(6) We need Criminal Justice Reform in this country and we needed it before @Blklivesmatter #BlackLivesMatter even became a thing. I pledge that I will honor the memory of Jason and Pelon by fighting for what is right in this country and ask for @_SemaHernandez_ to cosponsor...
(7)...this legislation with me after she is the a Senator from the Great State of Texas. @_SemaHernandez_ has been a relentless champion for civil and human rights and I can think of nobody better to help me bring change to the two most populous states in our union...

One year ago, @Reince tweeted that the GOP had “a revolutionary data program” resulting in them “carrying WI for first time in 30 years.”

Attached was this article that said these “Data Operations” helped Trump win WI & will used for the 2018 midterms.

Trump won* WI by just 22,748 votes.

200,000+ in WI were unable to vote in 2016.

Along with MI & PA, WI was one of the 3 swing states that gave* the EC to Trump by a scant 78,652 votes.

All 3 States were among the 39 states reported as hacked by Russia.

Exit polls are a scientifically proven litmus test. In 2016, they were off by as high as 10%

Anything above ~2.5% indicates suspect anomalies. It triggers other countries to nullify elections.

In the swing states of MI, PA, & WI—all were all above 3%.
