To avoid the media, Mark Harris ran down a fire exit staircase. A man tried to prevent us from following but we still did. The alarm went off as he ran out. When media caught up he sprinted across the street to the First Baptist Church of Charlotte's parking lot #NC09 @wsoctv
Not only is it a fire exit, from here Harris entered the door locks you inside the staircase. @TerranceFOX46 got trapped inside while trying to follow Harris. We just let him out #NC09 @wsoctv

Wild story in Davidson:

Two people who claim allegiance to the Moorish Nation were found squatting in a multimillion-dollar home for sale once owned by the parents of the mayor of Davidson.

Interesting day- the property manager of a west Charlotte home told me the two Davidson suspects also declared allegiance to the Moorish Nation at his property. They claimed he has no authority over them. They refused to pay rent. Their lease expired.
When we got to the house the property manager and a maintenance worker were already there. The worker was going to change the locks- then he saw people inside. Police were called.

2/ For context, I own my own business and that takes easily 60 hours a week of my time. And since that business is a mental health therapy practice, I can’t just emotionally “check out” and go to work anyhow. I have to be fully “present”, to the best of my ability, when I work.
3/ On top of that, my husband has severe chronic pain issues and I have the majority of all the home tasks, in addition to helping him with his ADLs (activities of daily living) to allow him to keep working because we can’t afford for him to quit.
