1. I have to concede I'm getting weary of everyone in a tizzy about Bill Barr being able to conceal Mueller findings from Congress. Fact is DOJ regs require him to tell Congress about a final report. If they don't act we're doomed anyway. The way Mueller can avoid allowing Barr
2. to block the public from knowing what Trump did is the same as in Nixon and in now pending SDNY case: Include the POTUS as an unindicted co-conspirator and file the indictments in the clear. He's already done it with Cohen so I see no reason to expect he won't do it again.
3. Another pet peeve of mine is the fact that most legal experts appear to have not read the plea deals that have been requiring cooperation with law enforcement authorities other than the US DOJ. Unless we're turning Trump over to ICC that means the States. And his pardon can't
4. save him there. I think I understand the Supremacy Clause and frankly it's one area I actually agreed with Justice Kavenaugh: That Congress needs to grant the President immunity from state criminal charges. And Justice Kavenaugh agreed they hadn't done it.
5. And it's unlikely they will any time soon. Under current federal law a federal officer (that I believe would include POTUS) can be charged by a state with crimes. But if the action was in any way connected with an official act it can be removed to federal court
6. and presumably stayed. But Trump's crimes were mostly committed pre-Jan 20, 2017 so there is no way those crimes could be part of an official act. That's all the conduct in 2016 to January 19, 2017. We know that's a lot and included these crime: Computer fraud and trespass,
7. money laundering & I think Trump may have been involved in Gulen kidnapping conspiracy. Plus tax fraud (states already likely have returns). So when we talk about what can happen, let's remember Sing Sing prison. Nothing says NY State can't try to put @realDonaldTrump in it. 
8. That's why, though I took predictable heat for making the suggestion, the Donald needs to cut a deal. 😎
