As far as I can tell neither ABVP members nor anyone else chanted 'Pakistan Zindabad' at JNU. Thread 👇🏽
If we're talking about the Zee News video, then the slogan that was being chanted was 'Bharatiya Court Zindabad'.
So, how did the issue of Pakistan Zindabad being chanted at JNU came about?
On Feb 10, Zee News aired a show where they inserted the blurb 'Pakistan Zindabad' while showing a bunch of people sloganeering. The blurb comes before the sloganeering becomes audible. So, you are led to believe that the chanting is 'Pakistan Zindabad'. 
When some people pointed out ABVP members in the crowd, Zee News came to the defence of ABVP.
On February 14, they aired the same clip. Only this time, the clip came with the blurb “Bharatiya Court Zindabad”. This was Zee's attempt to defend ABVP.

The same clip was used on two different days with two different slogans to serve the channel's agenda of the day.
I detailed this in a 2016 piece. This is only pertaining to the Zee News video. So, as far as I know, there were no slogans of Pakistan Zindabad.

From the videos, I saw, there were those where slogans like 'bharat tere tukde honge' were chanted by some masked men. These looked authentic. But neither Anirban nor Umar Khalid nor Kanhaiya were seen chanting those.
Either way, please remember Balwant Singh vs State Of Punjab where 3 Sikh accused raised 3 slogans - “Khalistan Zindabad”, “Raj Karega Khalsa” and “Hinduan Nun Punjab Chon Kadh Ke Chhadange, Hun Mauka Aya Hai Raj Kayam Karan Da” (Hindus will leave Punjab, we will rule).
Despite the slogans undermining Indian sovereignty, the SC acquitted the accused because the slogans did not imminently incite violence. newslaundry.com/2016/02/16/a-q…
