It is hard to understand his delay. The political operation around @POTUS must know that judicial appointees, especially the circuit court nominees, are the highest priority right behind national security so the delay in resubmitting at least most of the nominees is troubling.

it is up to @realDonaldTrump to demand not 6 nominees but 60 next week, and the week after that and the balance the week after that. @LindseyGrahamSC will get the hearings rolling, but the circuit court nominees ASAP please.
