Since I guess it is still a thing for professors to complain about disability accommodations, when you are approached with this, you say OK and deal with it. I don't see how there is any other acceptable response. And does it really put you out that much to accommodate them?
I grant that sometimes universities themselves need to step up more with infrastructure to deal with disability accommodations. That should be stressed, but as a professor, just shut up and do your job.
Actually "just shut up and do your job" is the best thing most professors could learn rather than, oh I don't know, take over meetings for 20 minutes to prove some point that only matters to you.
