PM says she has “the most profound doubts” about Cooper/ Grieve amendments and would change the balance of responsibilities with executive - said it was “deeply misguided”..
Wes Streeting says the whole mess has been caused by the PM failing to get a negotiating mandate from the Commons in first place.. PM says he has the opportunity to back the Government’s negotiating mandate by voting for the amendments (ie I think the Brady amendment)
