How'd we find this out? Thanks to the @rcfp motion seeking to intervene at #SCOTUS. In the gov't response to that motion, the gov't "cc’d Petitioner’s attorney" in sending out the copies to the parties. Later, "Petitioner's counsel" even confirmed receipt of @rcfp's papers.
Today, @rcfp lawyer @BoutrousTed responded to my request about that and provided @BuzzFeedNews with on-the-record comment about their filing — including naming Alston & Bird — today. buzzfeednews.com/article/chrisg…
