Trump's lawyers claim that FBI investigations don't qualify as a “proceeding” under the #ObstructionOfJustice statute (not yet in court).🙄

The MORONS cited the WRONG law👉🏼Congress passed a law in 2002 that makes it a CRIME to obstruct proceedings that haven't yet started. 18/

Plus, Trump's lawyers' arguments do NOT apply to Trump's attempts to obstruct a grand jury investigation or trial — which DO count as proceedings‼️
