Former Governor L. Douglas Wilder has made 2 statements. First saying it was Northam's choice but ultimately calling him to resign following the press conference.

Senator Tim Kaine.
Senator Mark Warner.

Virginia House Democrats.

All have called for Northam to resign. Statements included here.
Virginia Legislative Black Caucus has made 3 statements. First they condemned the actions but were talking to the Governor. A few hours later they called for his resignation. Following the press conference, they amplified their call for his resignation.

State Delegate Lamont Bagby is a member of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus so those positions apply. Individually, he has been on the news calling for Northam's resignation.
Congressman Donald McEachin called for Northam to resign in a statement and went on Meet the Press calling for his resignation while commenting on Northam's Saturday press conference.

(Interesting note: on February 2nd, Northam admitted to putting shoe polish on to "darken his face" for a Michael Jackson costume for a talent show in San Antonio in 1984)

Shifting more locally.... #RVAMayor Levar Stoney initially wanted to hear what Northam had to say. Within a few hours Stoney called for him to resign and reiterated that stance following the press conference.
Former VA gubernatorial candidate Tom Perriello who ran against Northam in the VA gubernatorial primary weighed in on the resignation of Ralph Northam.
