A memo from Niger Republic showing that it sent 60 pple to attend Buhari's campaign event. Under what norm of international relation is this overtly partisan meddlesomeness acceptable? Yet, when pple from whom d govt begs money for election talk of free & fair election, Buhari's
government shamelessly complains of "foreign interference." Is Niger Republic's unprecedentedly overt partisanship domestic interference? What business do they have with our election, and why did Buhari's gov't welcome them?
