In Feb 2015, things picked up dramatically as Daniel Shinar was named CEO of "#Claltech", a wholly owned subsidiary of Access Industries, while simultaneously serving as the Head of Tech Investments for Access Industries.
Daniel Shinar holds 8 board and advisor roles including board of directors membership of "8200 EISP" since Jan of 2011.
You may recognize the significance of the number 8200.

It would be unlikely for China to abstain from getting in on the 'tech-siphoning, laundering, and influence' action of Claltech, Shinar, and Blavatnik, as we've seen with Indigo Global, Dorian Barak, and Erik Prince et al.
