SNSD regime in Banja Luka has set up a “commission” to systematically deny multiple ICTY decisions, plus countless academic analyses, which established killings in #Srebrenica as genocide. incredibly, the two chiefs of the commission are Israeli nationals. ba.n1info.com/English/NEWS/a…
Few pts: 1. Prof. Greif & Prof. Israeli, who have held prominent academic posts in US & Europe, should now be marked as ringleaders of a politically-orchestrated genocide denial effort. 2. Sarajevo should expel them from BiH for same reason & all other participating foreign nats.
3. Statement by @USEmbassySJJ is encouraging but insufficient. Not only must this systemic attack on rule of law be rejected, those responsible must be penalized in some meaningful fashion by entire international community in BiH.
4. Finally, this an occasion for civil society groups like @SrebrenicaUK, researchers, advocates, activists to redouble awareness raising campaigns. Genocide does not end w/ killing, as @EricGordy’s work has documented, revisionism continues to serve much the same function. /xxx
