@SharylAttkisson @SharylAttkisson The perversion of constitution over the years has continued. This is no different. Congress has abdicated their powers to unelected Federal Bureaucracies. The courts have become lawmakers. We have centralized Federal Government instead of Representative (1)

@SharylAttkisson Republican of self-governing states with powers vested locally rather than in D.C. We have a standing Federal Army/Navy which the constitution clearly states should not happen unless we are at war and then must be re- approved by congress every few years. (2)

@SharylAttkisson Our framers saw a standing Army as the greatest threat to our Republic. Enter the power hungry politicians answer, a perpetual state of war. Our Armys/Navys were never meant to project our power and will on foreign nations. It was meant to protect the sovereignty of our great (3)

@SharylAttkisson Republic. Instead we find ourselves spending American tax dollars and worse shedding American blood to protect the foreign interest and borders of other nations while our congress whom ALL took an oath to uphold our constitution do nothing to protect the current real invasion (4)

@SharylAttkisson at our borders by foreign invaders who are illegally entering our country and bringing with them a huge public health, humanitarian, and criminal threat. This @potus has bent over backwards reminding congress of their constitutional duty to 'provide for the common defense' (5)

@SharylAttkisson @POTUS While BOTH parties entrenched elites continue to spend money we dont have on people and countries who believe us to be the greatest evil in the world. YOU were the victim of massive government overreach and unconstitutional action. You continue to have to fight for our rights (6)

The @TheJusticeDept is providing anything but justice in your case and again give an example of our centralized Federal Government's now 'absolute' power to act with impunity. @potus @realDonaldTrump is using the ONLY tool he has left after the 2 other (7)

@SharylAttkisson @POTUS while members of @TheJusticeDept continue to ignore their oaths to uphold the constitutional laws protecting yours and others rights or the laws enacted to further protect them. @potus @realDonaldTrump has done everything he can to get the congress to act and uphold their (7)

@SharylAttkisson @POTUS @TheJusticeDept @realDonaldTrump oaths and "provide for the common defense" of our republic by an invasion of people who illegally enter our country for both nefarious and humanitarian reasons. But, both ways are bringing a public health crisis, humanitarian nightmare, and a present danger to the sovereignty (8)

This leaves @potus @realDonaldTrump with only one arrow left in his quiver in order to uphold his duty and oath to "protect and defend" this Republic of states "against all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC" (9)

@SharylAttkisson @POTUS @TheJusticeDept @realDonaldTrump If the other two CO-EQUAL branches of government refuse to do their duty to protect this nation as they swore to do, then falls to the office of @potus in his roll as Commander in Chief to do what the other two branches refuse to in a design to protect their own entrenched (10)

@SharylAttkisson @POTUS @TheJusticeDept @realDonaldTrump power rather than the sovereignty of our great union or the defense if the American people they purport to serve.

NO I DO NOT LIKE ANY PRESIDENT USING EMERGENCY POWERS. But in this case he is doing so to uphold his oath as the other branches have refused to do.

Its his duty now
