It is hard to overstate the rage I feel at @Uber when it says "3 minutes" for an estimate then I say get me a ride and it says 15 minutes. You have the data to properly estimate ride availability, do it.
Also, if you more than triple my expected wait time and I decide to take another mode of transportation, why the holy f*ck should you be entitled to charge me a cancellation fee? Go sit on a cactus. A sharp cactus...
Props to @Uber_Support for handling a further issue with this ride promptly. I complain about brands when they fail, it's only right to acknowledge when they fix a problem quickly.
