And Harris’ son had testified that he had warned his father. His father had repeatedly claimed he knew of no “red flags” about Dowless, the campaign operative at the center of the fraud.
The Commission ruled Wed that there will be a new election in NC-09. This is the 1st do-over for a congressional election since 1975. That was also in the south: LA.

The NC legislature, last year, passed a law requiring both the primary and general elections be re-run. They overruled the Governor’s veto. Neither election has been scheduled but the primary may be in May with an October general election.
