We have become the voting block of obstruction. Of racism. Of NIMBYism.

Talking more to white men (who have the political power) more than white women, for sure, but we (WW) put Trump in the WH.
What happened to the cohort who brought about the end of Vietnam?

Our parents gifted us with Nixon, an unintended consequence of our crucifying LBJ, who birthed the Civil Rights Act.
Or were the protesters only a small fraction of their cohort? Was it a media shift (Cronkite) that ended Vietnam?

It was a Republican who warned us about the military-industrial-Congressional complex, a triad that still has a stranglehold on policy and public $ today.

Traditional news structure does NOT work for stories like these. The who-what-when-where-why-how formula does a disservice to the greater good.
Zedler was born in 1943.

When he was a child, 450 people died annually from the measles; 48,000 were hospitalized; millions got the disease.

The vaccine was introduced in 1962; it took until 2000 to almost eliminate the disease.

In this case (there are two) Manafort, 69, pled guilty to two crimes with maximum 10-year sentence. Memo cited sentencing guidelines of up to 22 years.

Investigate more rich people and his crimes may not appear so unique.
DOJ could start by re-opening Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case. How can it not be related to Vero Beach?

I had a long twitter battle w/ a “ progressive” who insisted that banning fossil fuel companies should be a central part of the Dems platform. I said from a policy standpoint that would make things worst not better- as only fueling companies can do large scale EV supercharging
He responded to me that 40 years ago Exxon (one of many companies in that industry) sat on the climate change report so they couldn’t be trusted.

I wanted to yell, really is that relevant today? I politely asked do you have another 168,000 fueling retail network nationwide?
