Notably, unlike Judge Furman's ruling in New York, Judge Seeborg found the citizenship question unconstitutional in defiance of the Enumeration Clause.

It's a far more sweeping victory for the challengers.

NEW YORKERS: A federal judge has found that renovating subways obligates the MTA to make them accessible to the disabled, in a civil rights case that the government joined.

This is big for New Yorkers with disabilities.

According to a @NYTimes investigation, roughly 550,000 New Yorkers have trouble walking, and two-thirds of them live far from an accessible subway station.

MTA has been renovating subways throughout city.

This case specifically relates to the Middletown Road subway station in the Bronx, but its implications are far broader. @DRALegal, the rights group behind this case, hails the "landmark" ruling as "major victory" in a statement.

Before Trump distances himself from Michael Cohen (again), remember he:

- worked for Trump Org since 2006
- & family bought Trump condos
-setup a "Should Trump Run" website in 2011
-was an official member of Trump's campaign in 2015
-was RNC deputy finance chair until June 2018
Trump was in Moscow in November of 2013 for the Miss Universe pageant. Michael Cohen was a board member for the pageant.

An eyewitness says Michael Cohen was in Moscow in 2013 and partied with the Russian mob while he was there.
