I believe the evening of Feb 5, 2018, is the first time we learned about the 10/28/16 letter that Carter Page emailed to the Vienna-based Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). bit.ly/2Tv9irO
1) Did Fox News upload the 10/28/16 OSCE letter to scribd in conjunction with the interview by Laura Ingraham?

2) Anyone know which news article (probably one from Fox News) first referenced the scribd link?

For reference, as to why the 10/28/16 letter to OSCE was so significant: it alerted FBI analysts to the fact that Carter was aware of the illicit relationship between Christopher Steele, the FBI, and the DNC.

M: I agreed with Jim's decision to notify Congress about the Weiner laptop, but in hindsight, it may have been a mistake. I think we all were overconfident in Jim's ability to convince people that we had done a good job.

M: I have some disagreements with Wray over how I left the Bureau.
G: It's been said that Mueller doesn't talk enough, Comey talks too much, and Wray is somewhere in the middle.
M: I think that's accurate. I think Wray needs to find that balance.

#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
