Anything that was contrived later by Nehru"uddin" later was unconstitutional as took away equality for Hindus and Sikhs and Buddhists and ladies in J&K and favoured the Muslims unlawfully. It is ultra vires of the basic tenets of equality to all in India. Hence unconstitutional.
Retrospective abrogation of the rights to equality to more than a 1.4 billion Indians via article 370 is against the basic tenets of Indian Constitution. Nehru"uddin" had no rights to retrospectively abrogate equality rights of a billion Indians when J&K acceded to India in 1947

Enough is enough. I have given more than enough evidence why art 370 and 35a is illegal. Abdicate it now by presidents notification, exactly in the same manner 35a was illegally added in the first place. Jai Hind.
My next tweet on this thread will be hopefully to the link of Indian govt publishing Presidents notification abrogating art 370 and 35a with immediate effect! 😀
