One of the unintended consequences of the US tech revolution is it built a surveillance infrastructure the Russians and Chinese never could have dreamed of creating. They're just piggy backing.
The Western State surveils everyone. The Chinese steal the data. China by transitivity, surveils everyone.

So Maduro, probably with the help of his Russian advisers, has been throttling opposition web sites and content. So he probably thinks the Yanqui wizards have throttled his electricity.
Open question: how long can a regime like Maduro's survive if they can't get the power back on?
Considering the Russians have been blamed on bringing down the Ukranian power grid twice in 2015 and 2016, it's a good bet that Maduro is going to ask the Kremlin to figure this one out.

Socialism almost never loses to human agency. It's too good at propaganda and repression to be beaten by men. What kills it 9 times out of 10, if you will pardon the expression, is God. Grid collapse, famine, pandemic, hyperinflation.
Of course when the hand of God smites the ramshackle socialist enterprise there's a lot of collateral damage. People waiting for pensions that never come, free medicine that never is, electricity that's only a memory.

This is the ultimate result of making personal virtue or victimization the source of truth. It stops being about doing the right thing.
The biggest long term danger to Israel is no longer hostile armies but the institutional takeover of its superpower ally by its mortal foes.
As the percentage of the Jewish population falls and its foes increase it assumes a kind of mathematical certainty.

#1/Disappointed & confused by relative silence about adult "Indian" male and adult Black Hebrew Israelite group. I believe that silence conveys an indifference toward what the adults did while putting the sole onus on minor children, who did not choose what happened to them...

The first area to focus on is diversity. This has become a dogma in the tech world, and despite the fact that tech is one of the most meritocratic industries in the world, there are constant efforts to promote diversity at the expense of fairness, merit and competency. Examples:
USC's Interactive Media & Games Division cancels all-star panel that included top-tier game developers who were invited to share their experiences with students. Why? Because there were no women on the panel.
