After 8 hours without news of journalist and human rights activist @LuisCarlos, @Naky reports that a SEBIN commission took her husband to their home where he remained handcuffed while they performed a search.

He is to be presented before the prosecutor's office today.

In the video, @Naky is asking the press, human rights activists, and anyone sensible to their cause to join her at the Chief Prosecutor's office at 11:00 a.m. to demand the immediate release of @LuisCarlos

The regime has been trying to connect him to the nationwide blackout. A few days ago Diosdado Cabello's show #conelmazodando released a propaganda campaign linking him to a "US planned" cyberattack on the electric grid.

"It's a lie that is very easy to take apart," @Naky explained to CC, "any electrical engineer can tell you that there's no cyberattack that could've done this, and the reasons are right there in the open."

During the search, @Naky told us one agent approached and asked her to be quite about this. That she had been targeted too, but that she wasn't going to be apprehended because of her condition (she's recovering from breast cancer treatment): This could change if you make noise.

Human rights activist present during the procedure (@_Provea amongst others), recommended her the contrary. It's important to bring the attention to this gross violation of human rights: There's a @UN human rights commission in #Venezuela right now sent by @mbachelet.

The SEBIN agents left the apartment with @LuisCarlos in handcuffs, a couple of laptops and cellphones, and some extra cash they snatched from the couple's drawers.
