The judiciary released its annual report today. The announcement throws some shade at Congress, saying the court system achieved its objectives even as it dealt with a shutdown "that consumed an inordinate amount of ... time and resources" uscourts.gov/news/2019/03/1…

I suppose you could read this as shade at both of the other branches, not just Congress, given the politics of the shutdown. Regardless, what this is saying is: "Just a reminder that the third branch really held it together"
