Read it. But a key point is that if the U.K. wants to change the type of Brexit it wants (she does not mention it, but an EEA/EFTA Brexit would fall into that class) she considers that ...
... the EU would be content with an extension - the extension would give time for the U.K. to sort out the outlines of what it wanted and to renegotiate the political declaration (which is definitely open to be rewritten if the U.K. wants to revise the Timothy/May red lines).
That is not a question of law of course: but IMO she is absolutely right.
On her suggestion on EP elections, I’m not entirely convinced on its practicality : but I may have missed something.
