Is Devin Nunes as dumb as he seems or does he just play dumb.
There are a lot of really dumb men in Congress. Come on ladies, you can knock more of these guys off.
Upping the intellect—and intellectual openess—among members of Congress should not be underestimated. All these new women kicking ass? They're smart and they do the work.
I mean, for example, Louie Gohmert's primary and general opponents should have a campaign theme of "our district deserves smarter."
