The idea there are “no more indictments” by Mueller is driving a lot of coverage
But it’s a non-sequitur. The report summarizes Mueller’s work. By definition, it’s submitted when he’s done indicting
DOJ policy says a sitting president can’t be indicted, so a report would be how we learn if Mueller believes Trump engaged in wrongdoing
But we don’t know
Until we know what the report says it’s probably best not to draw sweeping conclusions about the investigation
But that will be the next fight.
