Eddie Roberts of Wigan Constituency Labour Party says that "no evidence of antisemitism has been produced by the Jewish hierarchy, Tories all!" He warns: "If the Jewish race are not careful, they will be guilty of creating animosity towards them by their unfounded actions...". /1 
If only they'd listened to him, eh? Four months earlier, Eddie wrote that "British Jewry ought to be careful what they wish for" because protests against Labour antisemitism "risk creating fresh waves of anti antisemitism instead of rooting it out and eradicating it." /2
Eddie Roberts has "spent a lifetime without having any prejudicial thoughts about the Jews". But since "loathsome right-wing anti-socialist creatures like Hodge, Berger, Ellman, Sacks and others" started criticising Jeremy Corbyn, he fears he's "becoming antisemitic" himself. /3
Eddie is frustrated. Antisemitism is apparently being caused by those - "traitors", he calls them - who raise concerns about it. More Jewish people should protest against these conspirators. "Some have," he concedes, "but not enough and not loudly enough." /4
So what can be causing these problems given the lack of evidence of any antisemitism in the party? Eddie Roberts' friend Paul Starling (not a Labour member) can explain: "'Antisemitism' is a trick. A deliberate trick. Created in 1892 by the vicious political project: Zionism." /5
It seems that we are "being subjected to the same conniving mind-games propaganda" from "the sick, Zionist, censoring, thugs" who want to "control" us and our "right to free speech". They are "fucking unspeakable Zionist cretins", says Paul Starling with Eddie's endorsement. /6
No doubt Eddie Roberts' explanation of what's happening in the Labour Party will be reassuring to all Jewish people who read it. After all, this fine comrade has been a trade union officer for 31 years. Thank goodness we have committed antiracists like Eddie among our ranks. /7
Judging by the number of 'likes' and positive comments that Eddie Roberts receives, many people appreciate his insights. I too have tried to engage in the hope of learning from him, but he hasn't seen fit to reply as yet. #BeLouder /8
