Recap: got Healing Factor, Unstable Isotope, and Chameleon mutations in Fallout 76 for longevity.

The real question is do I take gifted. From Vault 76 so I guess it technically fits? Feels cheaty, tho xD

I thought Maxson gave you the scouting quest but he's telling me to get lost maybe I missed a pre-req.

Not sure if bug. Talked to other Elder and I was directed to Maxson but nothing in dialogue to start the quest.

I guess I get to just wander north and get ambushed by super mutants left and right sounds fun definitely won't die.

I'm liking the little side quests in FO1 but repairing that hydroponics one was such a pita and for design/technical reasons.

FO1 is at its best when it gives you sort of vague instructions and tries to make you think instead of following a map marker.

It's also at its worst when it leans on its point and click roots and you have to stare at an area looking for the one pixel to mouse over.

I think I mentioned this in my original thread but I strongly suspect this plays better on old monitors, because of the low resolution and larger pixel size making it easier to parse the graphics.

I haven't been able to get FO1 or FO2 to run well in fullscreen. Stuttering and they'll outright freeze if I alt-tab, forcing me to force quit them.

I can knock out the first three with my first rocket. The other six is gonna depend on my followers and their positioning.

I guess the question is how bad is this gonna be if I skip them and am trying to escape.

This is the longest fight and I keep kiting down hallways. At least I made the robots useless.

Okay I just got crit for 64 damage through my hardened power armor and I have 65 hp TIME TO ME MORE CONCERNED.

I still have not found a way to deactivate these forcefields is there really no way.

Also somehow Ian died in the base. I'm not sure when he died but I uhhh noticed he was not with me when I was leaving xD

I guess I'm more of a "every person for themselves" kinda gal xD

I've noticed that sometimes followers can get stuck on the force barriers, like they can walk through but won't.

Maybe he got stuck behind one?

Also: I'm in T-51 and an initiate but these dudes didn't recognize me. Okay then.

I, uhhh, did not manage to consume 2 psycho per day in FO1 xD

However, I hand waved it magically away by suggesting in my brain skull that continued psycho use is required for her longevity so I will continue roleplaying with its consumption.

I was popping psycho left and right, and some buffout, but never got addicted as far as I could tell? Weird.

Replaying FO1 makes me dislike FO2 even more, and appreciate FO3 a lot more.

Anyway, it's been a good run so far. Can't wait to get one-shot in FO2 xD
