😬Pretty sure Trump just said now that the Mueller investigation is over, he wants to look at the “oranges” the investigation—“how it started” he adds. He knows something weird came out his mouth. And he repeated it. “Oranges” for “origins”
🍊Trump just had a weird verbal spasm (weirder than usual). He said “oranges” for “origins.” He knew it was wrong, because he added a description (“how it started”). But his brain couldn’t quite find the correct word, trying again a few more times, but only “oranges” came out.😳
🍊🍊🍊Here’s a clip of Trump’s aphasia-like “oranges” moment. He’s clearly struggling, knowing he’s not saying the word he wants to say. He stutters, looks away, and repeats it, hoping he’ll find the word right. But 3 times, just “oranges” for “origins”
I don’t mean to mock Trump’s “oranges”🍊spasm. Maybe it was brain freeze from the blizzard of bullsh*t? Because he lied about nearly everything he just said about the Mueller investigation—including its “origins”—which he now claims began as soon as he came down the escalator.
ICYMI Sitting next to NATO head, Trump again denied any Russian threat, saying “I hope it won’t be a threat… I think we’ll get along with Russia.” And tore into Americans, calling the Mueller investigation “illegal” & “treasonous” (before “oranges”🍊spasm but def after his oath)
Interesting, as Trump denied Russia's threat & pushed an investigation into probe oranges/origins, another bit of the Steele dossier was confirmed in new report on Russian troll farm spreading malware/viruses in the 2016 election. GOP may yet regret the "dirty dossier" narrative.
