@BradMossEsq @kalbzayn @KenDilanianNBC My main point of contention, though: "legal exoneration" could be either sloppy writing or intentional misrepresentation; it could be taken to imply Barr's exoneration of all involved was "legal" - done through established and prescribed procedure, and with no corrupt intent.

a) any Trump affiliates
b) WikiLeaks, those who hacked the GOP/DNC, and those working with XBT
