It's clear Barr is obstructing Congress in violation of 18 USC 1505. Somebody at @FBIWFO should be reading him his rights. And please. Don't tell me the AG can't obstruct. @TheJusticeDept @maddow @Lawrence John Mitchell

I was hounding Nixon too starting in 1969. #Watergate impacted family relationships. Mitchell's picture brings that all back.
Trump's a traitor but he's still not as scary as Nixon: Authoritarian and smart.
Looking back on how we got out of that mess peacefully, 1st we didn't have Congress owned entirely by the #KochBrothers. So the @SenateGOP still functioned.
But IMO the big reason was that Nixon still acted like a lawyer. I think that is what kept him from losing it. Plus they gave him an out.
It's why I posted Trump's deal a while back. @POTUS should make a deal. I could make it happen in 48 hours. I settled Ruby Ridge. #MAGA

26. Update: It is critical that @SpeakerPelosi @HouseJudiciary @RepAdamSchiff Intel obtain Barr's CIA file. Complete & underacted. I think Barr may be a mole.

Fact:
First Barr was likely engaged in unlawful domestic surveillance while at CIA and attending GW law school.
27. Fact:
Barr helped hide the arming of Saddam with WMD including nuke technology at a time Saddam was Soviet client. Barr covered it up.

Was he just a right wing Nixonian fellow traveler or was Barr actually working for the Soviets?
28. Fact:
Barr is hiding the Russian penetration from Congress.
IMO this is what a Russian mole would consider more important than saving Trump.
I think we need to know. Pull full @CIA file including all his polygraphs. See if Barr ever popped as deceptive. @NSAGov heads up.

Report on Mueller today said sources spoke to "investigators." I wouldn't refer to Asst. Special Counsel or Asst US Attorney as an investigator but as prosecutor or attorney. Count of possible federal investigators on Mueller team: four agencies likely. Up to seven possible.
I have questions about 6(e) application to investigators as opposed to Govt. Attorneys. Federal agents appear in the grand jury while they are conducting investigations. I don't see how they can be limited in their investigation by what they told the grand jury.
Example:

Agent testifies before grand jury: Says,,"Bob sold me drugs."
Agent then goes back to Bob for more evidence.
Bob says to Agent, "Wanna buy some more drugs?"
Agent, says "I can't talk about that."

1. Stop allowing @TheJusticeDept to lie to American people. Barr can get relief from 6(e) & release the report. He can give all material to @RepAdamSchiff even with 6(e) in force. Barr is lying and MSM needs to get legal experts on who have read 6(e). @MSNBC @maddow @Lawrence
2. "An attorney for the government may disclose any grand-jury matter involving foreign intelligence, counterintelligence (as defined in 50 U.S.C. §401a3003), or foreign intelligence information (as defined in Rule 6(e)(3)(D)(iii)) to . . . any federal national defense,
3. or national security official to assist the official receiving the information in the performance of that official's duties." See FRCP (6)(e)(3)(D).
@RepAdamSchiff is a "national security official".

Stop making it easy for Barr's GRU infested DOJ to obstruct Nat. Defense.

• Starr Report - 445 pages
• 9/11 Commission Report - 567 pages
• IG report on Clinton's email server - 568 pages

The Watergate “road map” sent to Congress in 1974 by the grand jury investigating Nixon and his associates was only 62 pages.

Of course, those Republican lawmakers still believed in the rule of law, unlike the Trump-owned, corrupt GOP of today.
