Last week @Crewcrew released the Kushner's latest mutli-amended financial disclosure forms. One update not yet reported on appears to show a common (& legal) tax avoidance practice - the 5 exchange transactions listed in section 7 #82-86 - a short thread

A 1031 'like-kind' exchange allows investors to sell property & reinvest proceeds in new property to defer capital gain taxes - @CalebMelby @davidkski reported Kushner Cos. bought Quail Ridge property w/proceeds from Toledo OH sale using like-kind exchange

While Kushner's form lists 5 separate exchanges, they appear to be related to two main transactions:

1) the purchase of Quail Ridge property w/proceeds from Toledo OH sale

2) the purchase of property in Brooklyn NY from sale of IN and PA real estate

Last week we released @radicle_xyz , a decentralized alternative to Github built on IPFS. ✨

The software is still very alpha, but below is some history and context for our project 👇
1. We started the project with the belief that code collaboration infrastructure is too critical to be controlled by a single corporation in a closed source way.
2. Progress on decentralized storage as well as resurgence of p2p protocols gave us confidence that the timing is right.

Today a lot more people are interested in re-decentralizing the web, concerned by the growth of internet monopolies.

@STUinSD @realDonaldTrump 2/ Trump has still not released his tax returns, breaking a 40-year presidential tradition that first began with President Richard Nixon. And judging by recent comments from his administration, it's safe to assume that they won't be released anytime soon.
