The clintonemail.com account was inactive and in the possession of Platte River Networks. Well, we finally have a date that that equipment was definitely offline. Why is that important?
Candidate Trump had announced his bid for POTUS on June 15, 2015, which means that Clinton's server was taken down BEFORE anybody even knew Trump would run for POTUS.
Why is that important?
The narrative from the December '16 Joint Analysis Report and the Jan '17 Intelligence Community Assessment the "17 Intelligence Agencies" 🙄claimed the Russians hacked "SECRETARY CLINTON'S EMAILS" in order to help Trump get elected and defeat Hillary. scribd.com/document/33530…
If Clinton's servers and email were off-line in 2015 prior to candidate Trump running for office (they were per Clinton lawyer David Kendall) then how could Russians hack the servers to help Trump and defeat Hillary?
Additionally, the larger FBI/DOJ narrative surrounding Joseph Mifsud and Alexander Downer, operations in contact with Papadopoulos ("clinton dirt") to discuss the missing Clinton emails, also flushes away against the reality of the timeline.
How could Russians be hacking "clinton email" to assist Trump if Clinton email account and servers were removed from operation prior to Trump announcing his bid?

In the same way Mueller needed to grab control over Flynn, Papadopoulos, Manafort and Cohen to give the his Russia conspiracy investigation breathing room (while actually working to build an obstruction case) the same duplicitous motive appears to exist within the Assange arrest.
With the actual U.S. and British "Spying" during the 2016 campaign now starting to surface; the actors on both sides of the Atlantic -those who have an agenda to hide their real collusion- also have an interest in throwing a bag over Assange.
For current U.S. and U.K. interests, Russian hacking and Russian interference need to exist. Corrupt U.S. and British intelligence and government entities need the Russian conspiracy-collusion-interference narrative to remain in place.

I couldn't respect President @realDonaldTrump any more than at this moment. He is deploying a phenomenal "extreme lawfulness" strategy. Also known as "extreme compliance". I've never seen a modern politician use this strategic move, let alone a President. 👏👏

They say the records do not fall under the (extremely narrow) #FOIA regime that applies to An #Garda Síochána. This only covers administrative records relating to human resources, finance, and procurement.

1/ THREAD - Here's my experience in attempting to #FOIA Brett #Kavanaugh's records as GW Bush's Staff Secretary. Spoiler alert, I didn't get them which is why it's all the more critical that his nomination be postponed until we do.
2/ On Saturday, 8/11/2018, I submitted my first ever FOIA request asking for all records relating to Brett #Kavanuagh's tenure as Staff Secretary for the GW Bush admin. I didn't really know what I was doing but thought it was worth a shot.
3/ The FOIA request was sent to the GW Bush Library. On Monday, two days later, I received an email from a FOIA coordinator with a link to Kavanaugh records! I thought I got them released! Shows how naiive I was…they already had some public. georgewbushlibrary.smu.edu/~/link.aspx?_i…

I did something similar to this 5 years ago, in anticipation of EC & @theroots' Wise Up Ghost LP, on tumblr.

(You can still find all those posts if you look, although a lot of the YouTube links etc are now dead ends. It was 40 Days Of EC then, so for 2018 I'm upping it to 45.)
Mostly I will be going chronologically from the early years right up to the present, but it feels right to start out with Costello's 2002 song, "45."

Over the past couple of days, journalists have been reminded of steps we need to take to safeguard our comms and protect our sources while working on news reports

It's also impt to note what happens after news stories are published that are based on nonpublic/classified info 1/
Every government agency on a near daily basis scrutinizes news stories for classified, secret or non public information. 2/
Personnel at the government agency fills out a media leaks questionnaire and identifies the nonpublic/classified info contained in the news report.
