1. I’m encouraged to see @BarbMcQuade and @RepAdamSchiff both confirm that 6(e)(3)(D) exempts the Intel committes from the grand secrecy rule. I am concerned that @TheDemocrats may not be up to the kind of obstruction in which someone like Barr will engage.
2. If this is going to be a street fight then there is no reason to wait beyond next Friday. Barr and IRS Commissioner are stonewalling to obstruct a House investigation. They are not immune under 18 USC 1505 that is a high crime. @RepJerryNadler should be preparing articles

5. A simple suggestion. Watergate was a success in great part because we used and experienced trial lawyer in the committee. Sam Dash as I recall. House members need to put their free airtime on hold and let lawyers who are competent to handle this level of obstruction.
6. @RepJeffries is a competent litigator. There are others. He and the other trial attorneys should be building a team that can transition to Senate Managers for what appears to be inevitable impeachment trials. Barr will be a good place to start. Tee him up. @TheJusticeDept
