Almost certain Barr violated 6(e) when he shared #MuellerReport with subject's attorneys. Where is Mueller on this? Barr should be looking at order to show cause in DC district court. @TheJusticeDept Office of Professional Responsibility must open case on all attorneys involved.

Under attorney discipline rules you generally have to self report & report other attorneys you know violated the rules. Failure to report others is common grounds for attorney discipline. Barr's staff need to report Barr who must recuse. @FBIWFO @SpeakerPelosi @RepJerryNadler

At @TheJusticeDept, every lawyer Barr infected with his 6(e) violation must decide if, for a $180,000 a year DOJ job, they will risk six months in jail, disbarrment, loss of future income in the over $1 million-a-year range,

Here's a Con Law question: What if the US District Court terminated Barr's right to practice? Could government attorneys ethically act under supervision of a non-attorney engaged in the unauthorized practice of law? Courts decide who practices. Not the executive branch.

If I were going to advise Barr his only out is to recuse immediately. Trump's head will explode but Barr can crawl back to K&E and keep something that resembles a career. By tomorrow @SenatorLeahy can burn him to the ground. Violated 6(e). #Irony @SenateDems

I originally had a theater background. I love this setting. Barr goes to White House and tips his son-in-law's boss. Family joy turns to drama & results in the boy having to chose his own career & future or burn Dad.
