If you're old enough to remember the early days of the web you've probably seen the Hamster Dance, which was arguably a meme before memes were a thing. On that note, let's look at a @wendytheflea, supposed resistance account with a fondness for hamster memes.

At first glance, things seem fairly normal. @wendytheflea's tweet schedule looks organic, and the vocabulary used mirrors the account's theoretical focus on resisting the Trump administration.
Things start getting interesting when we dig into @wendytheflea's memes. Many have giant borders, which could confuse reverse image search. Google doesn't find a match, but identifies this image as "Хомяки Фото" (hamster photo in Russian). Yandex does find one of the photos.
An odd pattern also manifests in one of @wendytheflea's frequent spelling errors: spelling "corrupt" as "currupt" or "cururpt". The errors aren't random typos; rather, the spelling used by the account's operator has changed over time.
Let's take a look at @wendytheflea's back story. First off, this account certainly takes doing one's civic duty seriously, having voted in the midterms on October 9th, October 12th, and most likely October 31st as well (there's some wiggle room in the phrasing of the last tweet.)
Where did @wendytheflea grow up? A farm in Ohio, which is also known as Detroit and located in the South. Parents were married for 18 and 65 years, and the mother died before the father who died before the mother.
Speaking of parents, they kicked @wendytheflea out of home at 16, apparently forgetting that @wendytheflea had already moved out at 15. Neither of these things preventing them from forcing @wendytheflea into marriage at the same moment.
Is @wendytheflea married? Answer: yes - to both a husband and a wife, and that's not the only contradiction regarding gender, as there are multiple tweets identifying as female alongside a tweet claiming to be a male soldier reuniting with his son.
On a final note, @wendytheflea has had an illustrious career, serving in the marines for 18 years which is also 22 years, and following it up with a 28 year stint as a dog groomer and 25 years handling variously heavy packages at the region's busiest post office.
