Something fuzzy about this mid-June "review" in #Brexit extension to October 31

If extension ends Oct 31, the June 20-something conduct review is meaningless unless its extension to June 30, open to Oct 31. /1
When texts emerge, it may be that the real extension date is June 30, or 22 (EUCO date) with 'end date' horizon of Oct 31 to quarantine new Commission/take in UK party conferences.

Otherwise the June rview is just cosmetic to save Macron's blushes. Need detail. /2
Brexit extension must be agreed among all 28 (ie including UK) and cannot be rescinded by EU27 if UK is 'misbehaving' in June...

So if June is a hard date, needs to be extension to June that is renewable to Oct 31 latest. /3
