Turned out this only covers the submission process.
Pickup is the usual - I waited almost 1 hour to get my passport back.
So you just wait them to deliver your passport.
Yesterday I found out this can take up to 4 days, and they can not actually guarantee the exact date.
My flight is tomorrow.
I had to go to VFS office to get it myself.
We got NO notification whatsoever.
We called Wednesday - and guess what, my visa is already done !
Gah.
Their queueing system is WEIRD.
I saw the number being called to the counter jumping all around - now they called number 464, then they called 305, then 434, then 362, then 407 - then 410.
My queue number is 408.
I ended up waiting for 60 minutes.
You can not predict when your number will be called.
So for example , suddenly you need to go to the toilet ?
Well, better just hold in it and develop kidney stones - because you might be called next !
So if suddenly you need to make an important phone call ?
Forget it, your number might be next, and if you missed it, you'll have to queue again.
Crazy.
Ask your travel agent to take care of your Schengen visa instead.
