btw the Mueller evidence re: the "obstructive act" of Trump asking Comey to lay off Flynn during first weeks of the administration is quite convincing
all the examples Mueller provides seem to obviously indicate obstruction. but Barr shot down all 10 incidents

if press could mention many times today that Barr was inserted into DOJ bc Trump needed a concrete backstop to protect him and needed to get rid of Sessions who had recuses himself, that would be helpful.
since Sessions recused himself, the tough calls re: Mueller report would fall to Rosenstein. there was no way Trump was going to trust his presidency to Rosenstein. so he fired Sessions and put in his protector, Barr.

it's all out in the open folks. not a big mystery
even though Barr had written extensively claiming presidents could not be indicted on obstruction, he magically received a waiver from DOJ legal experts, allowing him to oversee obstruction investigation into president

The "I'm Rich & Afraid of Everything" crowd of far-Right TV pundits is horrified DC rabble protested outside of Tucker Carlson's house tonight + Twitter has now suspended @SmashRacismDC from the platform. Carlson has long history of working with Alt-Right + white nationalists.
In May, it was revealed that the Daily Caller, Tucker's online publication, had published up to 20 articles from Alt-Right neo-Nazi David Hilton on "antifa, George Soros, "identity politics" + "cultural Marxism." One column was titled "Donald Trump Is America’s Julius Caesar."
Then in September, another Alt-Right author who wrote 'No Campus for White Men' was fired by Tucker's Daily Caller, Scott Greer. Greer in his spare time was also writing for Richard Spencer's publication Radix. rightwingwatch.org/post/white-nat…

If the left can succeed in vilifying someone with Judge Kavanaugh’s integrity and record, they will be in a position to say to President Trump, “nominate a moderate who is acceptable to us or we will smear your next nominee into rejection, too.”
